Joanne Kelly
Joanne commenced her career in 1984 in the banking industry, then in 1986, accepted an accounting cadetship with local firm, Paul and
Brett Services. She completed her university studies externally, followed by CPA and CA qualifications. In 1997, Joanne became a Partner
of Paul and Brett Services, and was subsequently appointed as Principal with Forsyths when the two firms merged in 2012.
Joanne holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring Accounting) from the University of Southern Queensland, and has over 35 years' experience
in all aspects of public accounting with a specialisation in taxation, tax accounting, superannuation, and capital small gains tax for
small business. Joanne also works closely with the People and Culture team in her role as head Principal in this division in
Forsyths.
Joanne spends her free time at the local pool, taking forest walks and spending time with her family and her mini dachshund Bella. She can also be found searching for the perfect smelling candle.
