Diane McLeod
Di is a versatile professional who has played many roles within our firm ranging from bookkeeper, location manager, and strategic
support. She has notably become our first non- fee earning team member to be promoted to Director.
Her diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of Forsyths. Leveraging her expertise and skills, Di has
contributed to the firm's growth and success.
Di is passionate about making a positive impact, focusing on supporting others to reach their full potential. This core belief drives her
current role, where she applies her skills to the development of our principals and emerging leaders on their leadership journeys. As an
integral part of our People and Culture area, Di leads the People Development team.
Outside of her professional life, Di enjoys travelling and seeking new experiences. She is a dedicated learner, currently pursuing her
Master of Leadership, with a particular fondness for high- quality notepads and colourful sticky notes.
