Growth and Dedication at Forsyths

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Diane McLeod from Associate to Director – Leadership and Development. Di has been an invaluable member of the Forsyths team since 2010, and her hard work and dedication have been nothing short of remarkable. We couldn’t be prouder of all that she’s accomplished.

At Forsyths, we believe in creating career pathways for everyone, not just accountants. Our employees have the opportunity to be mentored by our Principals, giving them the ideal environment to develop their skills and progress their careers. Di's journey is a true testament to this. She has held various roles throughout her time here, including Bookkeeper, Location Manager, and Strategic Support, and has now become our first non-fee-earning team member to be promoted to Director.

As we celebrate Di’s well-deserved promotion, we also want to recognise Megan Edwards, who retired after an incredible 31-year career in the accounting industry. During her career, Megan has built strong, lasting relationships in the Tamworth and Glen Innes communities, providing invaluable advice to clients. She has also played a significant role in mentoring and nurturing many team members. Her dedication and commitment have left a lasting legacy at Forsyths, and we are immensely grateful for her contributions to the firm and the accounting industry.
